About the camp
Four-week deep immersion at Sityodtong — the legendary camp of Yodtong Senanan that produced champions like Saenchai, Anuwat, and Coban. Two daily training sessions, weekly fights at local stadiums optional, monthly fight night participation possible if you're ready.
Daily schedule
6:30am — 6km run 7:30am — pad rounds 9am — bag work + clinch 4pm — afternoon session + sparring

Policies
